Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected and the return request has been approved, the refund process will begin

Refunds apply to the product value only and do not include shipping charges unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product

Refunds will be processed using the available and agreed refund method

Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be completed after the return request has been approved

Right to Inspect Upon Delivery

We have full confidence in the quality of our products and give you the option to request an inspection when placing your order by adding a note indicating that you would like to inspect the shipment before accepting it

You may then open the shipment, inspect the products, and verify their condition and conformity with the specifications in the presence of the delivery representative and before making any payment

If you are not satisfied with the product and wish to refuse the order after opening and inspecting the shipment, you have the right to refuse delivery immediately. In this case, a service and inspection fee of EGP 75 will be collected by the delivery representative

Note: The inspection service is available only for shipments where opening the package upon delivery is permitted

Warranty

We provide a 6-month warranty on our products. The warranty covers defects that may occur in the product during the stated warranty period, subject to the applicable warranty terms and conditions

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper use, or failure to follow the product’s care and usage instructions
