Pre-Order

When a product is purchased as a Pre-Order, the product is not currently available for immediate delivery

The product is manufactured and prepared as part of upcoming production batches and is not manufactured exclusively for a specific customer. It will be shipped once it becomes available and is ready for dispatch

The estimated availability date may vary depending on the production cycle, availability of raw materials, and the quantity ordered

Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is available as a Pre-Order before placing the order. If an estimated availability date is provided, it will be displayed on the product page or during the purchasing process

Prices and Offers

All prices displayed on the website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Shabhak reserves the right to change prices or offers at any time without prior notice

Discounts and coupon codes are subject to the terms and conditions of each offer. Multiple discounts or offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise

Free shipping is available on orders totaling EGP 1,999 or more, subject to the applicable shipping terms

The usual delivery time for available products is 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery area and shipping provider

Delivery is not available on Fridays

For products purchased as Pre-Orders, shipping will take place once the product becomes available and is fully prepared for dispatch. Therefore, delivery times may differ from those applicable to in-stock products

Order Modification or Cancellation

If a customer wishes to modify or cancel an order, they must contact Shabhak as soon as possible and before the order enters the processing stage or is handed over to the shipping provider

Once the order has been processed or handed over to the shipping provider, it may no longer be possible to modify or cancel it. In such cases, the terms and conditions of the Return, Exchange & Refund Policy will apply
