Order Placement
When you place an order through the Shabhak website, the order is recorded based on the information provided by the customer, including name, phone number, address, products, and quantities
Submitting an order constitutes a purchase request. Shabhak reserves the right to contact the customer to confirm the order details before processing or shipping, when necessary
Product Availability
All products displayed on our website are subject to actual stock availability
If a product is out of stock, immediate ordering may be suspended, and the product may be made available for Pre-Order or restocked at a later date, as indicated on the product page
Pre-Order
When ordering a product through the Pre-Order system, the product is not currently available for immediate delivery
The product will be manufactured and prepared as part of an upcoming production batch and is not manufactured exclusively for a specific customer. It will be shipped to the customer as soon as it becomes available and is ready for dispatch
The estimated availability date may vary depending on the production schedule, availability of raw materials, and required quantities
Customers are responsible for confirming that the product is available for Pre-Order before completing their purchase. If an estimated availability date is provided, it will be displayed on the product page or during the purchasing process
Prices and Promotions
All prices displayed on the website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Prices and promotions may change without prior notice
Discounts and coupon codes are subject to the terms and conditions of each offer. Multiple discounts or promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
In the event of an obvious pricing or product information error resulting from a technical issue or an unintentional entry error, Shabhak reserves the right to review the order and contact the customer before processing it
Payment Methods
Payment must be made using the payment methods available on the website at the time of purchase
If Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected, Shabhak may contact the customer to confirm the order and delivery details before dispatch

Area and Governorate
Product details and quantities
Any delay or failure in delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer may result in a delay or return of the order
Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are processed after confirmation and according to product availability
For products that are currently in stock, orders will be shipped in accordance with Shabhak's Shipping Policy
Shipping fee: EGP 99
Free shipping is available for orders of EGP 1,999 or more, subject to the applicable shipping terms
The standard delivery time for available products is 1–3 business days, depending on the delivery location and shipping company
Delivery is not available on Fridays
For products available through Pre-Order, the order will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available and ready for dispatch. Therefore, the delivery time may differ from the standard delivery period for in-stock products
Order Modification or Cancellation
If a customer wishes to modify or cancel an order, they must contact Shabhak as soon as possible, before the order processing or shipping process begins
Once the order has been processed or handed over to the shipping company, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the terms of Shabhak's Return and Exchange Policy will apply
Receiving Your Order
Customers are advised to check the condition of their products upon delivery
If there is any visible damage or issue with the order, the customer should contact Shabhak as soon as possible in accordance with the terms of our Return and Exchange Policy
Returns and Exchanges
All returns and exchanges are subject to Shabhak's Return, Refund and Exchange Policy, which outlines the applicable period, conditions, and procedures
Acceptance of the Purchase Policy
