Once your order is placed, our team carefully prepares your products for shipment. Before dispatch, our customer service team may contact you via phone call or SMS to confirm your order details and delivery address, helping ensure that your order arrives correctly and within the expected timeframe
Order Processing & Delivery Times
To receive the earliest available dispatch date, we recommend placing your order before 1:00 PM
Next-day delivery may be available in selected areas, depending on coverage and service availability. Please note that next-day delivery is not available in all areas and is not available on Fridays
Our standard delivery time is 1–3 business days, depending on the governorate and delivery location
If a product is temporarily unavailable or available for pre-order, the delivery timeframe may be extended. In such cases, a member of our customer service team will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery date and coordinate a suitable delivery time

Free Shipping on orders over EGP 1,999
Shipping fees are calculated based on the order value and the shipping terms outlined above

We provide delivery services to all governorates across Egypt, including:
Cairo, Giza, Qalyubia, Alexandria, Beheira, Kafr El Sheikh, Gharbia, Monufia, Dakahlia, Damietta, Sharqia, Port Said, Ismailia, Suez, Fayoum, Beni Suef, Minya, Assiut, Sohag, Qena, Luxor, Aswan, Red Sea, New Valley, North Sinai, South Sinai, and Matrouh.

All products are prepared and shipped locally from our warehouses in Egypt.

Cash on delivery is currently the available payment method for orders
