1. Order Confirmation

Once your purchase is completed on the Shabhak website, your order will be registered and reviewed by our customer service team. We may contact you to confirm certain order details before processing and shipping.

2. Order Processing

Your order will be carefully prepared after confirmation, with all products and quantities reviewed to ensure they match your order before shipping.

3. Cash on Delivery

If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), the full order amount must be paid to the delivery representative upon receiving your products.

4. Prepaid Orders

For orders paid online in advance, we will begin processing your order once the payment has been successfully confirmed.

5. Out-of-Stock Products & Pre-Orders

If a product is currently unavailable, it may be offered as a Pre-order. This means that the product is not available for immediate delivery and is currently being manufactured or prepared.

You can place your Pre-order in advance, and once the product is completed and becomes available, it will be shipped and delivered to you immediately.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fees are EGP 99, and free shipping is available for orders worth EGP 1,999 or more.

Standard delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location and the shipping company. For Pre-order products, delivery will begin immediately once the product has been completed and becomes available.

7. Checking Your Order Upon Delivery

Please check the condition of the products and make sure they match your order upon delivery. If you notice any issue or discrepancy, please contact us as soon as possible.

8. Order Modification or Cancellation

You may request to modify or cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been handed over to the shipping company, it may no longer be possible to modify or cancel it.
